General Assembly WfWP
WfWP is happy to announce that we have organised our annual General Assembly in Sri Lanka on the 10th and 11th of October, 2015. The event will be preceded by WfWPs Steering Committee meeting on the 9th of October.
Furthermore a workshop will be held on the 12th of October: Gender, Agricultural Water and ‘Big Data’: Practical Steps and Forward Thinking under the SDGs.
The purpose of this workshop is to assess and respond to the global (and local) challenge of data, gender equality and agricultural water development as the global community moves forward with implementation of the SDGs.
Our member organisation Network of Women Water Professional (NetWwater) is the host of the General Assembly and the event will be attended by WfWP member organisations from all over the world.
