WfWP Honorary Founding President, Alice Bouman-Dentener is one of the Decade's action heroes
Last week was the High Level conference on the Implementation of the International Decade for Action "Water for Life" 2005 - 2015.
Many WfWP members are included in the voices of the Water for Life Decade. #Voicesmatter #WaterforLifeVoices.
And two of WfWP member organisations, Katosi Women Development Trust and Tegemeo Women Group, were part of the Voices of the People exhibition in UN Headquarters in New York, that has now permanently moved to Tajikistan as they have initiated the Water for Life Decade.
Now we are proud to present that WfWP Honorary Founding President, Alice Bouman-Dentener, has been proclaimed as one of the Decade's action heroes by UN Water.
