The Steering Committee (SC) is tasked with managing the partnership, is accountable to the GA and supervises the activities of the Secretariat.
The partnership is supported by the secretariat managed by executive director Annemiek Jenniskens. The secretariat is in charge of the actual execution and coordination of the activities of the partnership.
WfWP is registered (as a Federation) in the Netherlands since 2004, and in Tanzania since 2012. WfWP is a registered WSSD Partner of UN-CSD from the start and gained ECOSOC and UNEP accreditation in 2016.
